Who we are

Information you provide
We use your email address and account information to sign you in, deliver purchases and provide support. We save business details, business type, script answers, edited wording, planner entries and progress to your private account so you can use them across your purchased tools. Please do not enter sensitive personal information or customer information you do not have permission to use.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. We keep purchase references, product access and membership records to deliver your purchases, handle refunds and maintain financial records. Our app does not store your full card number. Lovable Cloud provides hosting, account and saved-work services. Business Moves uses Telegram for membership delivery. Those providers process information under their own policies. Authorized administrators can access records needed for support and reporting.
Source information and course interest
We record campaign and referral information and any source answer you provide to understand how visitors find us. This is not advertising consent. If you request information about our email course, we save your request and contact you about that course. You can ask us to stop those messages by replying or emailing our contact address.
Cookies and advertising choices
Essential browser storage supports sign-in, saved preferences and your privacy choices. We plan to use Meta Pixel to measure page visits and purchases and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive page addresses, purchase value and currency, browser information and advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send your saved business details, script answers or email address as advertising matching information. Meta tracking is currently disabled while setup is incomplete. Server purchase reporting is also disabled until it can honor stored consent and withdrawal.
Consent and withdrawal
In regions requiring consent, and when we cannot determine your region, advertising tracking stays off unless you accept. Elsewhere it may operate without a banner, subject to your saved refusal and applicable browser privacy signals. Accepting or rejecting does not affect purchases or account access. Cookie settings lets you change your choice on every page. We save a browser visitor reference, the choice, date, region and notice version, preserving previous choices when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes this local record and may cause us to ask again. Withdrawal stops future permitted reporting; it does not undo information already sent to Meta.
Privacy requests and retention
Email kira@created.systems to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Saved work is kept to provide account services until you request deletion or we no longer need it. Purchase and consent records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations or disputes. Service providers may process information outside your country. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to complain to your local privacy authority. We will update this notice when our practices change.
